Traditional methods for the production of ball bearings is not always the best, because the shaft will match the hole gap, which causes a larger kinematic friction coefficient, and a slight swing of the shaft during the machining process. To solve those issues, we use miniature ball bearing guide sets with an interference fit mechanism. This means rolling friction is substituted for sliding friction, and will be considerably reduced. This extends the service life for all of the tools.
