YUKAI is devoted to the research and development as well as manufacturing of the precision measuring tools. At present, ruby ball precision stylus and pin gauge set are our main products which are widely applied to the fields of circuit board and precision manufacturing.

In order to guarantee the dimension stability, we first improved our raw material and heat and cold treatment technology. For example, we adopt tempering and ultra-cryogenic treatment under -196℃ of 28h. In addition, all products sold had been tested in our quality inspection room under 20±2℃, so you can trust us and the products quality.
    2. Precision Pin Gauge SetPrecision pin gages are products that accurately determine the diameters and pitches of man-made drilled holes and measure the size and width of curved slot and molds. It is widely applied to various industries such as electric circuit board, mold and precision machine manufacturing.
    2. Gauge Block SetGauge block can be used to adjust the precision lathe and rule for the machining by measuring the parts dimensions. Gauge block with high accuracy plays an important role in the quality inspection. Gauge block can proofread the instruments of testing organization.
    2. Ruby Ball Precision StylusThe stylus used on high precision CMM is that part of the measuring system which makes contact with the component, causing the probe's mechanism to displace. The generated signal enables a measurement to be taken. Precision stylus include stylus ball and stem.
