Material source
We applied materials from globally-known companies including not only Chinese special steel group of northeast China and CB-CERATIZIT of Taiwan province, but also Japan NACHI technology, Sweden ASSAB and sandvik group as well as America Kennametal. The quality of our products are guaranteed because of these trustworthy providers.

Products precision
The diameter tolerance is 0.5μm, the coaxial precision is 0.2μm, the roundness precision is 0.3μm, and the surface roughness is Ra0.04. The processing range of outer diameter is from 0.06mm to 300mm, and the range of length is 0.5mm ~2000mm.

Processing standard
Our products can be made to meet the criterions including JIS, DIN or AISI, you can choose according to your requirements.

Process equipment
We are equipped with 66 processing equipment, which consist of 6 CNC machines, 4 CNC machines and 17 lathes and 13 grinders.

Quality inspection equipment
Quality is the life of company. We have 18 quality inspection equipment. In order to ensure the quality of our products, the products must be inspected by relevant quality inspection equipment such as salt spraying tester, hardness tester, roughness tester and altimeter, roundness instrument as well as three dimensional testing equipment. Furthermore, overall test reports can be attached with some products when they are sold.
